Myra Canyon Trestles

In 2003 Okanagan Park wildfire destroyed 12 wooden trestles and damaged 2 steel trestles. Work began in October 2004 to restore the burnt/damaged trestles. The rebuilding proposed schedule is 2004: Trestle #18 (completed) 2005: trestles 2, 3, 13, 14 & 15(completed) 2006: trestles: 4, 10 & 11 (delayed to March 2007) 2007: trestles: 5, 7, & 8 For more information go to Myra Canyon Trestle Restoration Society
